♣ Product Review: ImPRESSmanicure ♣

September 23, 2015

Hello all! Fall is finally here, and today is the first day! Although, it still feels like summer in Dallas, I’m excited to see some fall colors, are you??
My upcoming posts will feature fall colours inspired outfit, do take a look. So, today’s post is a part of my collaboration with ImpressManicure. Featured in today’s post is a set of acrylic nails/press-on manicure. ImPRESS Manicure initiated a new category and developed this brand that eliminated key barriers such as nail damage, ease of application, and product reliability. UltraHold™ technology introduced a safe-on-nails adhesive, ending the need for glue and acetone-soak removal. ImPRESS is perfect for women with busy schedules and younger women who can’t afford weekly salon visits. Women in every generation enjoy imPRESS Manicure because there truly is something for everyone. From the French Manicure to elaborate designs, women rely on imPRESS Manicure as an alternative to nail polish—without dry time or smudges and dings.

If you’re someone like me who struggle hard to grow nails, or cannot spare them from biting, this is just perfect! I’ve had these nails on for a week and they’ve stayed strong unlike the rest that I’ve used before (Personal experience). So, for my wedding, I bought a set of acrylic nails that came with a glue which, was useless. But, due to my desperate need of nails for the sake of pictures, It was inevitable, and I tried them on with a bit of hassle. To my agony two of these “so called” stick on nails fell right off even before the actual ceremony. Little did I know that not having your actual nails would be so huge on me! Nevertheless, these nails are great! They’re not made of plastic but, made of gel. Very flexible and easy to use, there is no hassle of using a glue to stick these on as mentioned earlier, they have a gel strip backing. I received two gorgeous samples, one in mint, and the other in bright red. The mint came in a pack of 30 Ultra-shine gel nails, with 6 accent nails, and the red came with nail art stick ons. Isn’t that cool? 😀

You can see how easy it is to use them in the following steps:IMG_3821

The pack also, included a prep pad, and a mini nail file.IMG_3828

Step 1: Use the enclosed prep pad to cleanse your nails.IMG_3830 IMG_3834

Step 2: Select nails that fit your natural nails perfectly and set aside in order.IMG_3844

Step 3: Peel of backing, align nail with the cuticle, and press nails down firmly. First in the middle, then on each side for long-lasting results. IMG_3846 IMG_3847

Voila!! Enjoy your new nails!! No drying time, and no mess. UltraHold gel keeps nails firmly, and they’re safe on natural nails. They’re very easy to remove, all you have to do is gently peel off from sides or apply nail polish remover around edges, wait for a minute, peel off!! It is that simple. IMG_3857
